The sky is wonderful, but what in my opinion is the clincher is the effect of the wind on the parasol. Excellent use of slow shutter speed here. This is great photography!

Like Angshuman, I think the image isn't the sky, which (to me) seems a tad overworked, but that umbrella. The composition and shutter speed are very well chosen.
